Like the jumping slam ball. That's one I'll have to give a it a go at CFW. We'll be sure to have Lis make quiet comments like 'oh my god these are aweful' and 'use a man ball'.... classic. I'm still laughing.
Im loving the jumping slam ball...gonna have to use that one at my next class!
I will warn you now Lis hates jumping slam ball! Feel free to ask her about it.
