Jen, this is Jess from Sunday's CF class, the newbie...do you really wake up that early and work out? That is so impressive. I try to do what I can but it's so hard to manage with a baby and the morning routine of running around. Anyways, just wanted to give you kudos for that I'm working on it. By the way, tell 4 friends and 1 may show up? I have a girl friend joining the CF class on Sunday. Happy Turkey Day.

Hey Jess, gald your reading my blog. Yeah, I get up early every AM. When I work at the hospital I get up about4:30 so that I can get to work and workout for 25 or 30 Min's. On my off days I lead this workout in DC so I end up getting up about the same time.
That's the great thing about CF workouts. Put the baby in the stroller and bang out 8 sets of squats, 20 seconds of work 10 seconds of rest. That will get your body pumping. On busy days when I can do a "workout" I take 10 to 20 seconds here and there and do squats, pushups, pullups. It's a great way to workout and use your time. Or if your watching TV, try doing some Body weight stuff at every break in your show. We have this idea in our heads that we have to workout for 30 Min's to an hour. Nope, just drop and give yourself 10 or 20! You will see yourself change! ok, I'll stop now.

LOL, I admire you're drive it's contagious. I think I'll try that tonight instead of just sitting watching TV. I'll grab my baby and do squats with him. Why not? He weighs 21 lbs! Have a good holiday! And see you Sunday in class!
