First day post op. lots of pain with any moving. I will get more details after my appointment in the morning. Doctor said he did more than he first planned.

yup, it was planned. It's been a long wait. It's an old injury from hockey that I made worse in a fall at the dog park..then went the next day and fucked up a snatch. It just never got better after that. yes, heres to full ROM!
You'll find any excuse to post pics without clothes on.
Had R rotator cuff repair 1 year ago...it was a pain...but I'm happy to report the shoulder is now stonger than it has EVER been.
