Crossfit DC
This workout kicked my ass. I'm not sure why, but it seemed really hard today. I've gotten in two really strong workouts with Jesse at Primal which is new. So maybe my body is getting pushed to a new place.
MY QUESTION TO YOU IS....ARE YOU MOVING? If not Ya better start. The less you move the more you'll have to move!

Try Yoga it's fun and hard.
Has anyone noticed that when you use spell check it brings up Crossfit as crucified? Now that's cool! LOL

John from NC here. What was the weight and protocol for the wod? That looked FUN in an ugly and painful way...

Lets see if I remember. We were in teams of 3. My team used a 35# BB and a 12kg KB. One person starts on the Burpees and one on the KB, one on the thrusters. Then move on as each person gets done. It was a HARD! Some teams used more LBS on the BB and KB...burpees just kill you no mater how fit you are!

No team used more than a 45# barbell (empty bar) and 24kg KB.

Fastest team was about 18 minutes, last was about 22.

Team dynamic was interesting, too--back and forth between "come on man, you can do it," and "cool man, no problem ... take your time," depending where you were in the sequence...

lol, I guess I wasn't the only one who noticed that spell check thing. I guess Blogger knows that CF is some seriously killer stuff!!
