Rode 11 miles easy with Ernesto. He needed to spin his legs out and I just needed to not kill my legs.
Person 1: 15lb med ball around tennis court perimeter twice
Person 2: Dips on bench for the whole time it takes person one to complete ball toss
50 ball slams each person
50 sumo deadlift highpulls each person
10x2 table presses
We started the ride really cold...I hate cold so much!!!AHAHA!
Now it's really nice out. The dogs are loving it.
