Made it to Crossfit DC today. My thighs were sore going into it so I'm sure the pain will come in the morning.
We had a fight Gone bad. I think it was my first but I'm not sure. 1 min 5 stations no rest, 3 rounds 1 minuet between rounds. Challanging to say the lest. Then we worked on some handstands against the wall. it's been since I was a kid that I've done any kind of handstand. So I gave it a good and it was not as bad as I thought. I was even able to do some Handstand pushups. A good time was had by all!
