That was a good video about rowing. As a rower, albeit still a novice, it pains me to see people hop on an erg and crank out a 1k with no regard to form and pulling with all their might. One of the best things he said that is a good take away is "legs, back, arms," and to think of that, as well as the reverse of "arms, back, legs" to complete a stroke.

My workout yesterday started with a 1k warmup on the erg, then 7 rounds of SDHP and push press followed by another 1k (for time). I like how the two were combined in the video.

Also, if anyone gets a chance to go to Boston, Jon Gilson may be one of the funniest people I have ever met.

I met Jon few years ago and he was very nice and most importantly knowledgeable about what he was talking about. Crossfit Boston is in the Roxbury area and isnt the safest area to be in at night but the space is a good size.
