But if people put half the energy they put into jogging and other forms of cardio into lifting their bodies and even moderately heavy weights, their physiques, health, and fitness would be all much better off. Unfortunately I don't think I'm the one to bring this message to the masses, nor am I sure that they are willing to listen (though perhaps this is due to the effect of all the pro-cardio anti-lifting programming that we all are exposed to.)Russ Greenehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02927699882167717900noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31622722.post-50363246081650776462007-12-07T20:04:00.000-08:002007-12-07T20:04:00.000-08:00Ah men brother! They'd be making much more money and our nation wouldn't be filled with people who think a 30 minute jaunt on the elliptical is a workout.Adriennehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15362364563571455277noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31622722.post-19527714866010455832007-12-07T13:34:00.000-08:002007-12-07T13:34:00.000-08:00Way to bring it Tom!Good stuff...Way to bring it Tom!

Good stuff...Jerry Hillhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15017752703538690682noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31622722.post-64587137988289610212007-12-07T10:40:00.000-08:002007-12-07T10:40:00.000-08:00Jen, thanks for giving me a spot on your amazing b...Jen, thanks for giving me a spot on your amazing blog.
